Relaxing and recharging is made easy on our farm. Each of our holiday apartments is furnished with natural materials. Different types of wood create a harmonious atmosphere and a unique ambience.
The apartments offer plenty of space for the whole family. They are equipped with a completely furnished kitchen with an oven, four cooking plates, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, kettle and sufficient cooking utensils and cutlery. In addition to satellite TV, couch and sitting area, we also provide you with fresh bed linen and towels. For our little guests there is also a cot, a highchair and a changing mat. If required you can use our washing machine for a small fee.
From every holiday apartment you can enjoy a fairytale view of the bizarre rock walls of the surrounding mountain world of the Dolomites.

Other Information
- Prices are per day and apartment for a minimum stay of 5 nights
- For each additional person we charge 15,00€ / night
- The payment of a deposit is required to confirm the booking, depending on the length of stay.
- Not included is the local tax. It is 1,75€ per person and day from 14 years
- You can bring your animals with you upon request and 10€ per day
To confirm your booking we ask for the payment of a deposit. After the payment we send you a booking confirmation. The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation. Please indicate your name and the date of your stay as reason for transfer.
Please pay cash at our farm or by bank transfer before arrival. We are not equipped for credit cards.
On the day of arrival, you can move into your holiday apartment from 2:00PM. If you arrive later than 6:00PM, we are looking forward to receiving a message from you.
On the day of departure, we ask you to leave your holiday apartment by 9;30 AM to enable us to clean the apartment properly.
You can reach various shopping facilities and grocery shops in Siusi and Castelrotto within 10-20 minutes of walking distance and less than 5 minutes by car. These are open daily (exception: Sundays and public holidays). Within the same distance, you will find a wide selection of different restaurants and pizzerias serving local dishes. Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
- Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival: the reservation can be canceled free of charge. Only the deposit will be retained
- Cancellation up to 28 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed total price;
- If less than 28 days before the arrival date: 80% of the agreed total price;
- In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure: 100% of the agreed total price.

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to the following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code)
