The prices are for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
For a shorter stay we'll charge an extra fee.

In case of booking we'll ask you a deposit of € 100 per week.

The appartment will be at your disposal from 2 pm onwards on your arrival day. In case you'll arrive after 6 pm, please inform us.
Due to cleaning we ask you kindly to leave the appartment by 9.30 pm on your departure day.

Cancellation policy:
If you are not able to start your booked holiday, we ask you to inform us in time. Cancellations are an unpleasant fact for both sides. It is a pity when our apartment remains free, although others would have liked to come. According to Civil Code Art.1382 you can cancel your booking at least 60 days before arrival without paying a cancellation fee. For a cancellation in the period between the 60th days before your arrival, we charge the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation later than 28 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total price.
Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total price.

For non-adoption of the booked apartment for the agreed period of time without a cancellation we are obliged to ask 90% of the total price. In the case of early departure or late arrival, you pay the price for the days enjoyed and 90% of the price for the rest.

We offer:

Final cleaning for stays of 7 days included in the price
