Our well-run and family-friendly farm is idyllically situated above Seis. The villages Seis and Kastelruth are in 5 minutes by car and in 15 or 30 minutes walking-distance.
The quiet and sunny location amidst green meadows guarantees the best relaxing holiday in South Tyrol.
Enjoy the magnificent panorama of the surrounding mountains. The Schlern, the symbol of South Tyrol, and the Platt- and Langkofel are the mountains who shape the landscape around us.

For the kids there are many animals to meet, lots of space to play and run. Enjoy a relaxing holiday in a friendly and relaxed environment.
Far away from the hustle and bustle of city life, you can relax, relieve stress and enjoy.

Our farm is a good starting point for hiking and other activities all year round. Around the farm there are many beautiful long and short trails and we are happy to provide tips for hiking. The bus stop is 200 meters away. A shuttle bus takes hikers and skiers to the Seiser Alm Cable Car (5 minutes drive away), and to the villages Seis, Kastelruth, Völs.
